Time zones

eTermin provides the option to choose the time zone so that bookable appointments are shown according to the time zone the person who books an appointment is located in. For example, if the service provider is located in Germany, but the person who books the appointment is in the USA this person will see the available appointments according to their chosen time zone.

You can activate this feature by going to scheduling page > settings > layout > show time zone selection:

When this feature is activated the person booking an appointment can choose their time zone in the second step of the scheduling page:

Please make sure that your time zone (in which you reside permanently) is correctly set by going to company > settings > general:

In our example Mister Maier offers a webinar to customers worldwide. His workplace is located in Germany: 

The customer who wants to book the webinar is based in Bangkok, so he changes the time zone to GMT+07:00, so that he can choose a fitting time:
