In addition to the confirmation sent via e-mail it is also possible to send it by regular mail.
This option can be activated by going to Company > Settings > Mailing.
Please activate the option Post delivery and select letters or postcards.
To be sure that your letter or postcard arrives on time, the appointment has to be booked at least five days before the actual date of the appointment. If the appointment has been booked less than five days before, the automatic mail delivery is not triggered.
The contact details of the appointment booker get filled in automatically by using placeholders (e.g. name, surname, address, ect.) in the template.

You can download the PDF template for the wo-sided postcard here. To customize the template (e.g. with Microsoft Word) please save the document in .rtf format.
You can customize your postcard individually with texts or pictures.
Please notice the landscape format and also the predefined space limitation on the second page can’t be changed.
The created RTF data can then be uploaded.
There are no specifications for the format of the letters, so you can configure them without restrictions.
Please notice, that letters and postcards can only be sent to the countries you selected by going to Company > Settings > General.
