You can adjust the color and content of the entries in the appointment calendar as follows:
In the settings you have the option of adjusting the view of your appointment calendar according to the number of minutes per row and the row height. If you only want to limit your appointment calendar to certain days of the week or working hours, you can also configure this here according to your wishes.
You can also determine whether the view of the appointments for each calendar should be grouped in one column or whether all appointments from all calendars should be displayed one on top of the other (e.g. as it is displayed in Google Calendar).
You can also customize the view of the appointment details. To do this, go to the Calendar entries tab. All of the available placeholders can be found by clicking on the info icon.
Note: If you have activated synchronization with online calendars such as Google or iCloud, then the entry must start with the following fields %LASTNAME%, %FIRSTNAME%, %EMAIL%, %PHONE% for "Calendar entries title". Please note the help text for the setting.
Both the title of the appointment (the first line in the appointment) and the summary can be designed individually.
For example, if you insert the %LOCATION% placeholder in the Calendar Entries Summary field, you will see the location of the booked appointment in the lower half of the entry:
With the placeholders %STREET% %ZIP% %CITY% you can, for example, divide the customer address into street, postal code and city in the calendar entry.
The placeholder %LOCATION% indicates the location of the booked appointment that you have specified in the individual services under Company > Services, or as a global setting under Company > Settings > Communication.

Note on using the placeholder %LOCATION%: If you create appointments directly in the online calendar, it is necessary to activate the "Show location 'field'" in "Settings > Appointment Editor". Appointments which are booked online automatically include the location when transferred to the appointment calendar.
Under Calendar > Settings > Search fields you can specify the fields that should be taken into account when searching for appointments.
The colors of the calendar entries can be individually adjusted in the settings at Colors calendar entries. You can choose between resources/employees, services or booking types. (manually created appointments or appointments booked online)
If you want to customize the colors of the resources, you can, for example, assign different colors to each of your employees' and rooms' calendars:
However, you can also define colors for each of your bookable services, so that appointments can be differentiated according to the booked service.
For a visual distinction as to whether the appointments were booked online or entered manually by you or your employees, select the booking type and enter the desired colors.
You will then see your appointment entries in the appointment calendar, shown in color depending on your selection.
