You have the option of sending a survey or a form to your appointment bookers.
You can create a new survey or form at Marketing > Surveys & Forms using the "New survey / form" button.
You can then enter an internal name in the Name field.
Then enter the fields for the Header of the survey and Infotext for the survey. These fields are visible to the appointment booker in the form.
Use the New question button to create all the questions for the survey or the form.
You have the option of writing the question as Yes / No, as Free text input or as a Star rating.
As soon as you have finished setting up the survey, you will receive a placeholder for your email templates.
This placeholder automatically links to the survey/form you have created.
You can either send the survey / form automatically by an autoresponder at Marketing > E-mail campaigns (e.g. also independently of an appointment) or by the feedback e-mail at "Company > Settings > E-mail templates > E- Mail feedback text". You can also enter the placeholder in the Miscellaneous e-mail templates so you can send the survey manually via the dashboard by e-mail.
You can also insert the placeholder into an HTML code so that the link to the survey / form is not displayed, but is linked as a word you have defined. For example:
In this example we have created one question for each type (yes / no, free text input, star rating):
As soon as this survey / form is retrieved from the email, the appointment booker gets the following view:
As soon as the appointment booker clicks on the Send rating button, you will receive an e-mail with the completed answers.
