How can I pause or cancel my eTermin Subscription?

Pausing your eTermin subscription

If you no longer need eTermin at the current time but would like to use it again at a later date, we recommend that you pause the eTermin subscription free of charge for an indefinite period of time. Of course, there are no further monthly costs for the idle time.

All data and settings remain with us during the pause, so that when you activate your eTermin account, your appointment bookers can immediately start booking appointments again.

Canceling your eTermin subscription

The minimum term (after the free demo access) is 3 months and begins on the day the order is completed.

The contractual relationship can be terminated with a notice period of 2 calendar weeks at the earliest at the end of the contract period on the last day of the calendar month, otherwise the contract is extended by the selected contract period.
