You can offer various seminars and courses for your online appointments.
Create seminars or courses
In the first step you create a new Service group by clicking on Company > Services using the New category button.
You can enter a name in the new service group, which will then be displayed on the online booking page. The area can also remain empty.
In the next step you switch into the "Services" tab and create a new service. Here you can enter the names of the seminars/courses and their duration.
Note: If you give your course or seminar a total price, you must deactivate the option "Multiply price by number of selected appointments" under Scheduling Page > Settings > Advanced settings. Otherwise the stated price would be charged for each course day.
Enable multiple capacity for multiple participants
You can use the option multiple occupancy (several participants) in your service to specify the maximum number of people who are allowed to take part in the seminar/course.
If required you can activate the option Number of participants that can be selected on the online booking page. You can specify the maximum number of people that can be selected in the Maximum occupancy selectable field. If this function is deactivated, only one participant can be booked at a time until the maximum occupancy for the selected time is reached.
On the online booking page the appointment booker can then use + (plus) or - (minus) to select the number of people for this appointment:
You also have the option of displaying an additional text. To activate this text you can go to Company > Services and then switch to the Avanced settings tab and enter an additional text in the Text for multiple occupancy / multiple booking field. This is displayed on the online booking page as follows:
Optionally you can activate the function Show number of available slots (with multiple occupancy) in the menu by clicking on Booking page > Settings > General so that the number of available slots of the seminar is displayed to the appointment booker.
After a seminar/course has been selected on the online booking page the appointment booker can see how many slots are still available when selecting the date.
Create seminar or course appointments
There are three ways to offer dates for the seminars/courses.
1. If a seminar is offered regularly (e.g. every week Monday - Friday), you can enter the regular availability by clicking on Company > Working Times in the Working Hours tab.
2. If the seminar or course only takes place on a very specific day, switch to the tab Working hours (certain days) / One-time appointment.
Here you can set a specific date on which the seminar takes place and also limit it to a specific service with the option Restrict to the following services.
If you create several days for the seminar, then each individual day will be offered separately on the online booking page.

3. By clicking on Company > Services and choosing the service for your seminar/course you can change the category to Seminar / Course:
In the next step you can enter all the dates that should be booked for this seminar or course at once.
You can also divide the appointments into different calendars by selecting the desired calendar and enter the appointment date. In this case the appointments will be also booked at once and be divided into the respective calendars.
Note: For this function the employee selection must be deactivated in the menu "Booking page > settings > layout".
The appointment booker will then see on the online booking page the start date for the seminar/course. As soon as you click on the start date all other dates for this seminar/course are displayed on the right side and will be booked all together at once.
Layout of the dates on the online booking page
If you offer single days on the online booking page and want to change the layout from the calendar view to a list view, you can change this globally in the menu Booking page > Settings > Advanced Settings > Layout "Available days"
Also you can change this for each service in the menu Company > Services in the Service-specific settings tab. Here you can select the Dropdown list (only one entry can be selected) in the Layout "Available Days" option.
On the online booking page, the available days are then displayed as a Dropdown list.
Link a calendar of an employee to a specific room
If a specific employee and a room for the seminar/course have to be blocked at once, you need a separate calendar for each employee and the room.
To do this, create a calendar for each employee and for one or more seminar or course rooms in the menu Company > Calendar.
Now you can assign the employees and the rooms to the corresponding services in the menu Company > Calendar in the Services Assignment tab.
If a specific employee or room may only be booked for a specific seminar or course you can assign this here.
Then switch to the Calendar Linking tab to assign the employees to the rooms.
Note: Only the employee calendars may be linked to the rooms, not the other way around!
In case the rooms can not be booked without an employee, it is necessary to set the room calendars as a side calendar.
To do this switch to the General tab and select the room calendar. After that click on Show advanced settings and select the Sub calendar. The employee calendars remain the main calendar.
Note: All availabilities in the menu at Company > Working Hours must be stored in the calendars of the employees as well as in the room calendars.
