With this function you can hide a percentage of your appointments that you define from your customers. This can be helpful, for example, if you want the customer to get the impression that appointments are busy in your company. Of course, you will not lose any free appointments as a result. As soon as customers have booked appointments for a free time slot, new bookable appointments (which you can always see in the background) are displayed.
In eTermin you have the option of using this function of hiding appointments globally (i.e. for all your services) or of restricting the functionality mentioned to only certain services.
Activate the global function under Scheduling Page > Settings > General > Automatically hide percentage of available time slots (to look busy). You can also set the percentage of all appointments that should not be displayed. For example, if you select 80%, 80% of the available dates on your booking page will not be shown to the customer.
Under Company > Services > Your service group > [Selection of your service] 'Edit' > Service-specific settings you can define the function described for each service.
Below is an example of this. With the service offered (default setting without hiding), all available appointments are displayed first.
After selecting the function Automatically hide percentage of available time slots (to look busy) with the setting at 80%, only the following free appointment slots are displayed to the customer.
