With the tooltip function, your customers receive additional information you have provided about your service groups or contact data fields as soon as they move their mouse pointer over the question mark symbol.
Tooltips for the service groups are particularly helpful if you want to specify your services on the first booking page.
To create a tooltip for a service group, click Company > Services > [your desired service group for which the additional information should appear] > General > Additional information. You can then insert your desired information text in the text field.
Additional Information for service groups can also be displayed as text. To do this, go to the Advanced settings tab of the desired service group and change the Additional information display type.
You can also display the description of your calendar as a tool tip.
Store the desired information under Company > Calendars > General under Description. Then use Show description on booking page to choose to display the description as a tooltip.
To display the tooltip on your booking page, the function Selection of staff / resources during appointment booking must be activated at Scheduling Page > Settings > General.
The description can also be displayed as text if you select the option "Show as text" under Show description on booking page.
If you want to provide your customers with additional information about the contact details fields, click on Scheduling Page > Contact fields and select the field you want to add additional information to. There, you go to the Advanced settings tab. Then enter the desired text in the Info text field.
In the example below, we want to add "When is your birthday" to our Birthday field.
Your customer now gets the desired additional information on the booking page when entering data by moving the mouse pointer to the question mark symbol.
