You can use eSprechstunde for your doctor's office to deny your patients the opportunity to keep their appointments from home.
With the interface to eTermin, your patients conveniently receive a link when booking an appointment so that they can take part in the meeting.
Connect eTermin with eSprechstunde
Log into your eTermin account at https://www.etermin.net/interface. Scroll to the "eSprchstunden" tile and then click on the Settings button.
Then click on Activate the interface and then enter the user name(Mailadress) of your eSprechstunde account. Then click on Activate eSprechstunde.
If you are not yet logged in to eSprechstunde, you will be forwarded to the eSprechstunde login screen. Enter your user data from eSrechstunde, after which you will receive a confirmation that eTermin is now connected to eSrechstunde.
Set up eSprechstunde meetings
If you only want to offer all of your bookable services via eSprechstunde meetings, you can set the Location for online booked appointments option to eSprechstunde Meeting at Company > Settings > Communication.
If you offer services with eSprechstunde Meetings and services with a different location for booking appointments, you can specify this location for each service individually. To do this, go to the menu item Company > Services > Desired service > Show service-specific settings and select the Location for online booked appointments for this service.
A separate eSprechstunde meeting link is created for each booked service. This is displayed both in the summary on the online booking page, in the appointment confirmation by e-mail, and in the location field when the appointment is transferred to the customer's appointment calendar.
To ensure that the eSprechstunde link is also sent in the appointment confirmation, you must insert the placeholder LOCATION in the text under Company > Settings > E-mail/SMS templates > Confirm appointment text.
If you do not want to display the Zoho Meeting link as text only, please enter: <a href="LOCATION">Join the meeting!</a>
So that you can send this placeholder separately from your other services, we recommend that you activate the option Different appointment confirmation text per service:
If you or your customer cancels an appointment, the associated eSprechstunde meeting will also be deleted.
