In addition to vouchers that can be redeemed for a certain number of appointments, there is also the option of offering vouchers with specific values.
For example, if you offer a 50€ voucher for purchase, a customer has the opportunity to use this quota for their own appointments. If the quota has been used up, the full price of a booked service will be due again.
Note: Offering vouchers can only be used if you offer online payment on your booking page.
To make a voucher available for booking, start under Company > Services.
Click New Service. Here you can decide whether you want to assign the service to an existing category or create a completely new category.
Enter a name for the voucher and set the value of the voucher under Price.
Then switch to the Advanced Settings tab. There you will find the appointment booking type option, which you can set to Voucher Sale.
Then save.
The voucher purchase service now appears on the booking page.
When you click on this service, no appointment will be made, but you will be automatically redirected to the contact input.
After payment has been completed, the customer receives an email with the redeemable voucher code.
When booking an appointment, the voucher code is automatically created in the eTermin account under Marketing > Vouchers.
If you would like to offer voucher purchases independently of the other services to be booked, you can also work with a direct link.
To do this, create a new category of the service group type before making the voucher purchase. Once you have created the service, go to the General tab within the category and deactivate the option “Service group can be booked online”.
Then go to Scheduling Page > Website Integration. There you go to Direct reference to service group.
Select the previously created category here and you will receive the appropriate direct link to call up the voucher purchase.
You can either embed this direct link as an iFrame on your website or send it to your customers. When called up, your customers have the opportunity to purchase the previously created voucher without seeing the other bookable services.
So that the voucher can be redeemed on the booking page, finally activate the option “Show voucher code display input field” under Scheduling Page > Settings > Advanced Settings.
You can find out how you can create vouchers for a specific number of appointments here.
You can also use the interface to Gurado or E-GUMA to create vouchers. Both can be activated in the eTermin account under API > Integrations.
