In addition to online payment, you can also offer your customers vouchers via eTermin.
You can create vouchers under Marketing > Vouchers & Coupons.
Clicking on New voucher or contingent opens the pop-up window where you can specify the details of the voucher.
A code will be generated automatically. You can either have it regenerated or enter your own voucher code.
Under Maximum number of appointments you determine how often the voucher can be used by all your customers. After this number has been used up, the voucher can no longer be used. If the voucher was used when booking, but the appointment is cancelled, a contingent is automatically returned and the voucher can be used again.
You can also set the value of the voucher, either as an absolute value (eg 10, so €10 will be deducted from the price) or as a percentage. (e.g. 50% for a discount on the total price)
If the voucher should only be valid for certain calendars/resources or only for certain services, you can also specify this according to your wishes.
If you do not want the voucher to be used as often as you like by the same customer, indicate this under Voucher is only valid x times per e-mail address with the desired number of possible uses. If the voucher can also be used by the same customer as often as you like, leave this option deactivated.
If a voucher is only created for one customer, you can enter the e-mail address of your customer in the last point. When booking the penultimate appointment before the allotment expires, your customer will receive a notification to purchase a new voucher. You can edit the template under Company > Settings > E-mail/SMS templates. (Element "Email reminder text contingent/voucher purchase")
Another function is that voucher codes can be created when booking an appointment. To do this, add the placeholder %CREATEVOUCHERCONTWertKontingent% to the e-mail confirmation. Value contingent is replaced with the desired number of possible appointment bookings, e.g. %CREATEVOUCHERCONT10% and the generated voucher can be redeemed for 10 appointments.
The generated voucher is displayed under "Marketing > Vouchers & Coupons". The name of the voucher shows the first name, last name and e-mail address of the customer. You can then adjust the voucher accordingly with the desired discount value and other options.
In order for your customers to be able to enter the created vouchers on your booking page, activate the option “Show voucher code input field” under Scheduling Page > Settings > Advanced Settings.
eTermin also offers you the option of connecting voucher applications such as eGuma and gurado. The vouchers from these applications can also be entered and redeemed on your online booking page.
More information about the connection to gurado can be found here.
