eTermin offers you the opportunity to generate statistics of booked appointments according to your needs.
You can access these under Reporting > Appointments.
Note: The dashboard also offers an overview of an evaluation with details such as the most booked calendar or most booked service. Here you will find a list of the functions that the dashboard has.
Here you can specify the criteria according to which the evaluation should be carried out. To do this, drag a desired criterion from the left column to the middle column. The order of the criteria also determines the order of the table columns of the evaluation, which then appears on the right side.
You also have the opportunity to decide how exactly the criteria should be evaluated.
You can save the compilation of an evaluation for the future by clicking on Save view at the bottom. If a view is no longer needed, click Reset.
All elements of a criterion are automatically displayed, e.g. for calendar name, all calendars in your account are displayed, for performance IDs, all performance IDs of your account, etc.
If you want to restrict the evaluation to only certain elements of a criterion, click on the arrow to the right of the name of the desired criterion in the middle column.
A menu will then appear where you can remove checkmarks to limit the evaluation to certain values.
Below are a few examples of specific evaluations.
Number of Appointments in a Calendar per Month
To get the number of appointments for one or more calendars, move the Calendar Name (alternatively, calendar ID can also be used) and Period criteria into the middle column. The appointments in a calendar for all months will then be displayed on the right.
Here, too, only certain calendars can be displayed so that you can see the number of appointments in a single calendar.
Monthly or annual Sales
To get an evaluation of how much income you earn from booked appointments, set the option in the middle column to Sum in the first step. You will then be asked to further define what you would like a sum of. In our case that is the Price.
Then move the criteria Period/Year, ServicesText (alternatively, ServiceIDs can also be used) and Price.
You can then see which services are booked per month/year, how high the costs of a service are and also how much was collected per month/year from these services.
In our example, the evaluation for November and December is displayed. You can also see here how high the sales are for both months.
Evaluation of the most booked Service
If you would like to find out which service was booked the most, drag the criteria ServicesText or ServiceIDs, as well as the desired period (BookingDay, Period, Quarter or Year) into the middle column.
Since by default the evaluation is output based on the number, you can immediately see which services were booked most frequently.
If no services are selected for appointments, no service ID or service name will be displayed.
These are a few examples of how you can use the evaluation via eTermin. You can create the table with a large amount of information so that you receive the evaluation of your appointments that is right for you.
In addition to the evaluation, you have the option of exporting all appointments including appointment details as raw data.
To do this, go to Reporting > Data Records Export.
You can also access the appointment details via our open REST API interface and then pass them on to other tools and process them.
