When booking an appointment, you have the option of displaying the gross or net price. If you would like to state the VAT, you have the option of using different VAT rates with eTermin depending on the area of application.
Different VAT depending on the service
If you offer different services that should be charged with a different value added tax, you can specify this as follows.
To do this, go to Company > Services and select the desired service. In the service, switch to the Advanced settings tab, where you can specify the desired percentage for the VAT rate (%) Document creation option.
If the value -1 is stored, the global VAT rate applies, which is stored under Company > Document creation.
Different VAT depending on the country
If you offer appointments for customers from different countries, different VAT rates may apply depending on the country. This can be shown at eTermin during the booking process.
To do this, the Country field must be active under Scheduling Page > Contact fields.
In the field you can activate the VAT calculation option. A text field will appear below where you can enter the respective VAT rate. Pay attention to the order of the countries in the list entries option. Separate each VAT rate with a semicolon.
If the respective VAT rates are stored, the corresponding VAT rate is applied when selecting the respective country.
Note: In order for the VAT to be displayed when booking, the Prices booking page option must be set to Net under Scheduling Page > Settings > Advanced settings.
