You can conveniently connect one or more of your eTermin calendars to the Exchange Server. You can find this function under Company > Synchronization.
Please note that a Microsoft365 account is required for this.
First, select the calendar for which you want to activate synchronization with the Exchange Server. Then click on the Exchange Server icon and then on Connect to Exchange Server. Then follow the steps in the dialog. Please note that only Exchange Server with version 2016 or higher is supported.
After a successful connection, all existing appointments are automatically imported. Depending on the number of these appointments, the process can take up to 30 minutes. Newly created appointments are automatically synchronized between eTermin and Exchange from this point on.
