You can conveniently connect one or more of your eTermin calendars to the Exchange Server. You can find this function under Company > Synchronization.
Synchronization with an Exchange Server is possible with or without an Office 365 account.
First, select the calendar for which you want to enable synchronization with the Exchange Server. Then, please click the corresponding Exchange Server icon.
If you are using an Office 365 account, click the “Connect to Exchange Server” button. Then follow the steps in the dialog box.
To sync without an Office 365 account, you'll need the Exchange Server address, the username, and the corresponding password. Once you've entered this information, click “Select External Calendar” and choose the calendar you want.
After a successful connection, all existing appointments are automatically imported. Depending on the number of these appointments, the process can take up to 30 minutes. Newly created appointments are automatically synchronized between eTermin and Exchange from this point on.
