In addition to the direct interface to Zoho, you can also make your appointments online via Zoho Meeting. With the eTermin interface to Zoho Meeting, Zoho Meetings can be automatically created for appointments when booking appointments for certain services.
Connect eTermin to Zoho Meeting
Log into your eTermin account at https://www.etermin.net/interface. Scroll to the Zoho Meeting tile and then click the Settings button.
After that, click Activate the Interface and then click Connect to Zoho Meeting.
If you are not already logged in to Zoho Meeting, you will be redirected to the Zoho Meeting login screen. Enter your Zoho Meeting user credentials. After that you need to confirm that eTermin is allowed to connect to Zoho Meeting. To do this, click on Accept. A confirmation will appear that eTermin is now connected to Zoho Meeting.
Set up Zoho Meetings
If you only want to offer all your bookable services via Zoho Meetings, you can set the option Location for online booked appointments to Zoho Meeting. To do this, go to Company > Settings > Communication.
If you offer services with Zoho Meetings and services with a different location for booking appointments, then you can specify this location for each service individually. To do this, go to the menu item Company > Services > Desired service > Service-specific settings and select Zoho Meeting for the Location for online booked appointments for this service.
A separate Zoho Meeting link is created for each booked service. This is displayed both in the summary on the online booking page, in the appointment confirmation by e-mail, and in the location field when the appointment is transferred to the customer's appointment calendar.
In order for the Zoho meeting link to be sent in the appointment confirmation as well, you must insert the placeholder LOCATION in the text under Company > Settings > Email/SMS templates > Confirm appointment text.
If you do not want to display the Zoho Meeting link as text only, please enter: <a href="LOCATION">Join the meeting!</a>
So that you can send this placeholder separately from your other services, we recommend that you activate the option Different appointment confirmation text per service:
If you or your client cancels an appointment, the associated Zoho Meeting will also be deleted.
All booked appointments with the associated Zoom Meeting are displayed in the overview in the Zoho Meeting Portal.
Offer Zoho Meetings (Meeting Link) without Zoho Meeting interface (multiple occupancy)
If you want to use Zoho Meeting for webinars or other services, where several participants are present at the same time, you can provide your customers with the Zoho Meeting link per service without having to repeat this process for each individual participant.
To do this, select 'Edit' under Company > Services > [your desired service group] > [your desired service] > Service-specific settings > Location for online booked appointments > Other place and enter the link for the Zoho meeting in the corresponding text field.
You can then hold your Zoho meetings as usual (your customers are already informed and have received the link you provided).
