With Jitsi you can hold conferences on the Internet. When creating appointments via eTermin, the video conference link can also be created automatically and sent, for example, in the appointment confirmation and reminder.
Connect eTermin to Jitsi
There are two different ways to integrate Jitsi into your appointment booking. You can store Jitsi globally for all services or for just one service.
You can store the link to your Jitsi meeting in the menu item Company > Settings > Communication by selecting Other place and then storing the link there that leads to your Jitsi meeting.
Integration per service
You can store a link in the menu item Company > Services in each service under the tab Service-specific settings. Here you can store different links for different employees or only provide a specific service with a Jitsi link.
To make the links a little more individual, you can use the placeholder LASTNAME, for example, to give the customer their own space in your Jitsi environment. The placeholder is automatically filled with the customer's last name.
However, this only works if you have stored the Jitsi integration on your server and set it up accordingly.
In order for customers to receive the link to the Jitsi Meeting, you can adjust the confirmation text in the menu item Company > Settings > E-Mail/SMS templates and store the following text:
