Many of our customers want to have some pre/post processing time to prepare for or to have a little break between appointments. To configure this you need to go to Company > Services > Service [Edit] and activate the button for the Pre/post processing time:
If you don’t need a pre processing time please indicate 0 in the field busy by the minute. In our example we want to have 15 minutes of pre processing time, which is why we type in -15 in the field busy by the minute. Post processing time must be added to the appointment duration, so we type in 70 in the field busy until the minute.
