If you have several employees with whom appointments or services can be booked, but the work pace of the individual employees varies, you can have this automatically taken into account in eTermin.
In the menu Company > Calendar > [Select the desired calendar] > Advanced Settings > Appointment duration factor (%), you can define by how many percent longer the employee needs for an appointment than stored in the default settings. The same option can be used to shorten the duration of an appointment.
In our example, Mr. Test is a trainee in our company, which is why he currently needs twice as much time to process appointments. Due to the fact that Mr. Test needs longer for an appointment, he only has half as many appointments as other employees. In addition, eTermin automatically calculates the extended appointment time due to the slower pace of work.
For comparison: Ms. Trial has been with the company for many years and therefore completes the appointments in the standard time provided. As a result, she can of course offer more appointments per day than our trainee.
