In eTermin you can store the working times for each employee / calendar or resource in the user interface. This can be done for working times that repeat weekly (e.g. opening hours) as well as for working times on specific days.
The working times on certain days can also be imported from a file, so that manual entry in the eTermin user interface is not necessary. This can be useful, for example, if a shift plan or similar already exists in an Excel spreadsheet or another raw format. This option can be found under Company > Working times> Working hours (certain days) > Import availabilities from file:
The format for the import of working times needs to be as follows:
Startdate and time;Enddate and time;Reason;Service ID;Location ID
Should all services and locations be used, enter the value -1 for all service IDs and/or location IDs.
The validity is relevant if you want a restriction to certain services. This allows you to determine how exactly multiple services must be selected to book this time slot.
The values for the corresponding validity are:
At least a service must be selected (additional services defined under “Calendar > Assignment of services” possible) | 0 |
All services must be selected | 1 |
All services must be selected (additional services defined under “Calendar > Assignment of services” possible) | 2 |
At least a service must be selected | 3 |
If you want the working hours for the specific day to overwrite the regular, recurring working hours, enter the value 1 as the last parameter.
Entries for the import can therefore look like this:
2024-10-10 8:00;2024-10-10 14:00;Special Day;-1;-1;-1;0
2024-10-13 16:00;2024-10-13 18:00;Overtime;476076,476494;-1;3;-1
Separate multiple service IDs with a comma. You can view the service IDs of your services under Company > Services.
You can also enter available working hours via your external calendar (Google, iCloud, Office365,..), more information can be found here.
