We distinguish between working times that remain the same in a weekly rhythm, working times that only take place on certain days and 24/7 working times. There is also the option to only create working times for certain periods of time.
Working Times (Weekdays)
If the working hours are the same every week, you can set up the working hours under Company > Working hours > Working hours (weekdays):
By clicking on New working time, you have the option of selecting one or more days for which this working time should be created. You also have the option of restricting working times to certain services, for example if Service A is only to take place on Monday mornings:
With Number of possible appointment bookings, you also have the option of setting how many appointments may be booked in this period.
If you work with a shift system, you can choose the cycle in this working time should be repeated:
Working Times (Certain Days)
If you offer services on certain days at an irregular rhythm (e.g. courses or seminars), you can set them up in the Working hours (specific days) tab.
By clicking on new working times, a window opens in which you can enter the date and time of the desired working times. You can also enter a reason for the working time (e.g. name of the seminar).
You also have the option of overwriting the working hours (weekdays) if you wish to deactivate the normal working hours for this certain day.You can also restrict this working time to certain services, for example if only one specific seminar is to take place on this day. Then select this service here.
Working Hours (24/7)
This working time should only be used if you really want to be bookable 24/7. This option can be used, for example, for room or device bookings:
Zusätzlich können Sie Abhol-/Rückgabezeiten anlegen, wodurch beispielsweise die Abholung eines Gerätes erst ab 7 Uhr morgens erfolgen kann.
You can also create pick-up/return times. With these, it is only possible to book the earliest appointment after 7 AM, for example to pick up a device.
Periods
If you have different working hours in different periods, you should use the Periods function. If you want to activate the time periods you have to flip this switch:
For example, if you offer different working times for each season, you could create a time period for each:
To do this, enter the start and end time and a reason for the period. Then go to the Working hours (weekdays) tab and enter a period in each working time. In this example we create the working times for Monday:
If a working time has been created for each period, the overview looks like this:
Note: If you activate the periods fuction, only the days within the period can be booked. In this example, the time periods must be changed annually.
Furthermore, you can set up working times by using your external calendar (Google, iCloud, Office365,…) For more information on this, go here.
