Orchestra is a customer journey management platform that can be used for queue management.
Booked appointments from eTermin are transferred to Orchestra, and queue numbers are generated on the day of the appointment to ensure all appointments are processed at the right time.
Please note: Appointments are only transferred from eTermin to Orchestra. Changes to appointments must always be made via eTermin.
To establish the interface, go to API Interfaces > Integrations in your eTermin account and click "Settings" on the Orchestra tile, then "Activate Interface."
In the fields for "API Key, REST API URL, and Branch ID" enter the corresponding values from your Orchestra account.
In the "Title Placeholder" field, you can specify which information from eTermin should be displayed directly in the Orchestra calendar entry.
Once all values have been entered, click "Save Changes."
Click on “Settings” again and then on “Show calendars”. You can now use the calendar to specify which eTermin calendar should access which Orchestra calendar.
Search for the desired calendar in the list and you will see the corresponding ID in the left-hand column. Enter this ID under Company > Calendars > Advanced settings in the “Reference to 3rd party system” option of the calendar in question and save the change.
If you also want the booked service to be transferred, click on “Show services” in the interface settings. The services with the corresponding ID are also displayed here.
Under Company > Services, click on the relevant service so that the corresponding pop-up window opens. Switch to the "Tags/Data transfer" tab and add the ID to the "Reference to third-party system" option.
If a customer now books an appointment via eTermin, this appointment is automatically transferred to Orchestra.
In Orchestra, the appointments of a day can then be viewed and the status of an appointment can be changed to ensure that the appointments run smoothly.
