Activate this option under Company > Calendars > Advanced settings > Calculate waiting number so that a waiting number is generated when booking in this calendar.
To display this in the appointment confirmation email, you must enter the placeholder "WAITNUMBER" in the corresponding email template under Company > Settings > Email / SMS templates.
Example:
To view the wait number in the calendar, you need the correct placeholder.
To do this, click the “Settings” icon in the calendar to open the corresponding pop-up window. There, switch to the “Calendar entries” tab. The placeholder
%WAITNUMBER%
must be inserted either under “Calendar entries title” or “Calendar entries summary.”
In order to assign a waiting number across several calendars, these calendars must be assigned to the same calendar group. For example, you can generate different waiting numbers for employees who work at the driver's license office or at the registration office by grouping the respective calendars together.
