If several employees have access to your eTermin account, you can assign different permissions.
This article explains the different permission types in detail.
Note: If a user is only authorized for certain calendars, service groups or tags, only these can be edited and viewed under the corresponding menu items.
You can find out how to create users and restrict them to certain calendars, service groups and contacts here.
Administrator = The user has all rights and can edit the entire account.
Calendar = The user has access to all appointment-related functions in the appointment calendar and dashboard (e.g. create, move, edit, delete appointments, bulk changes).
Note: The following authorizations are only required if a user is only to use individual functions in the appointment calendar.
Calendar (read only) = The user can only view appointments in the appointment calendar and dashboard. It is not possible to edit the appointments.
Calendar (write only) = Existing appointments cannot be viewed, but new appointments can be created.
Calendar (appointment creation only) = The user can only view appointments and create new ones. It is not possible to edit existing appointments.
Calendar (no bulk changes) = Appointments can be viewed, edited and created. However, mass changes are not possible.
Services = The user has access to the Company > Services menu and can create and edit new services and categories. It is possible to restrict the user's access to certain existing categories.
Configuration = With this authorization, the user can make settings in the Company, Scheduling page and API areas, but not in the Services, Working times and Synchronization areas in the Company menu.
Configuration (calendar only) = The user can view the Company > Calendars menu and edit the calendar settings. However, it is not possible to create or delete calendars.
Synchronization = The user has access to Company > Synchronization to set up the synchronization of eTermin calendars with external calendars (Google, Outlook, Apple iCal etc.).
Working times = Under Company > Working times it is possible to edit the availability of calendars.
Contacts = The user can access the Contacts menu and create, edit and delete contacts.
Contacts (search in calendar) = When creating a new appointment, a contact search is displayed. The user can call up existing contact data and enter it in the appointment.
Marketing = The user can use the Marketing menu to create newsletters, autoresponders, tags, vouchers and forms.
Reporting = The user can view the sub-items in the Reporting menu and call up their own statistics. However, the export of appointments is excluded.
Export = The user can export appointments under Reporting > Data Records Export.
Manage Account = This authorization allows access to the Manage Account menu item, for example to change the eTermin subscription.
Note: the following permissions relate to the display of the internal Appointment Calendar:
Own calendar settings = The settings set for the display of the appointment calendar only affect this user.
Calendar settings = Changes to the display with this authorization affect all other users who do not have authorization for their own calendar settings.
Add calendar/calendar groups = The user can create and fully edit new calendars and create calendar groups in the appointment calendar under Company > Calendars.
You can find out how to activate and effectively use the single sign-on function for your users here.
