eTermin offers you the opportunity to use Microsoft Teams as a meeting tool for your customers and to send you the corresponding link to the Microsoft Teams Meeting in the appointment confirmation.
In order to offer appointments via Microsoft Teams, you must first create the synchronization between eTermin and Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365). You can find detailed instructions on this topic here.
Once you have set up the connection between Microsoft 365 and eTermin, you must decide whether you want to offer Microsoft Teams for all services or only for certain services.
Use Microsoft Teams globally
To use Microsoft Teams globally, you must select Microsoft Teams as the location for appointments booked online under Company > Settings > Communication:
Use Microsoft Teams for some services
You can also decide to only offer Microsoft Teams for certain services. To do this, you must select Microsoft Teams under Company > Services > Edit > Service-specific settings > Location for online bookded appointments:
To ensure that the teams link is also sent in the appointment confirmation, you must insert the placeholder LOCATION in the text under Company > Settings > E-mail/SMS templates > Confirm appointment text. To send this placeholder separately from your other services, we recommend activating the option Different appointment confirmation text per service.
