The article management gives you the opportunity to provide services depending on the stock you have on hand. If the stock falls to 0 no appointments can be booked.
You can find the article management by going to Company > Article Management.
To add a new article please click on New item.
A new window opens where you can name the article and have the option to enter a Barcode Number as well as the quantity of the product you have in stock.
Should the article only be used within a specific time frame, add the dates at "Valid from" and "Valid to".
You can also choose which service needs the article to be bookable by selecting the services in the field "Can only be used for the following services". If the article is only going to be used for specific calenders, you can select them with the option "Can only be used with the following calendar(s)". Should you choose no specific service or calendar, the article will be used for all services and calendars.
As soon as you save the changes the selected services will only be bookable if this article is in stock.
If an appointment is cancelled, the stock is automatically updated.
