You can configure a different pricing for each weekday by going to Scheduling Page > Online Payment.
You can either enter a percentage or you can check the box "Absolute value", to add a set amount to the price. Either way, the surcharge will be added in the summary of the booking.
In this example the service has a price of 100€, on Saturdays an extra charge of 20% will be added:
If you want to edit the saying "Surcharge" you can edit this by going to Scheduling Page > Settings > Default texts. The element is called "Surcharge".
Additionally, you can specify that the surcharge only applies at specific times of the day. For example, if you only want appointments after 4 p.m. to have a higher price, check the "Only valid within a specific time period" option and enter the desired time.
If a customer chooses a date with a start time before 4 p.m., the regular price will remain.
If they choose a date that starts at or after 4 p.m., the corresponding surcharge will be added.
If the surcharge should only apply to specific days, we also offer this as an option.
Click the "Create New Surcharge" button to open the corresponding pop-up window.
There, you can enter the date, time, and value of the surcharge. You can also choose between a percentage and an absolute value.
After creating the surcharges, click "Save Changes" at the bottom.
The description you created for the temporary surcharge will then be displayed as such on the booking page.
Notice: The online payment does not need to be active to be able to use the option to set a different price for each weekday.
