Sometimes you might need to edit, change or cancel all the appointments set for a specific day because an employee might be sick or otherwise unavailable.
In this case you can use the mass change feature by going to Calendar and clicking on the Bulk changes symbol.
A new window will open where you can see the options for mass changes:
You can select one of the following options:
1. Move all appointments to a new day
All appointments set for the selected day will be moved.
2. Swap all appointments with another calendar
You will be able to choose which calendar you want to switch all appointments with.
3. Move all appointments (without recurring appointments) to another calendar
Here all appointments are moved from one calendar to the other.
4. Delete all appointments for the selected day
All appointments will be deleted and your customers will be informed by e-mail.
5. Postpone all future appointments (of the selected day) by xx minutes:
By selecting this option you will be able to delay all the future appointments for the selected day by a chosen amount of time.
Select the affected day and indicate which calendar it affects. Depending on the option, you also specify in which calendar, on which day or by how many minutes the appointments should be moved.
Notice: These changes will not be synchronized with your external calendar.
