Multiple Capacity per Service

Multiple occupancy makes sense above all if your service can be used by a number of participants defined by you at the same time. This is recommended, for example, for seminars or courses that are usually attended by several participants.

You can activate the multiple booking function under Company > Services > [your service] 'Edit'. You can also set the maximum number of participants with the "Maximum occupancy" option.

With the option "Number of participants can be selected" you can specify the maximum (person) number that can be selected by an appointment booker.

If desired, you can let your customers see the number of places still available for one of your services. This function is helpful, for example, if you offer seminars and your customer wants to choose several places in a seminar that is not fully occupied.

In this example, our customer books three places for the seminar on November 14, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. After the corresponding booking, the next customer will be shown that there are now two fewer places available (i.e. 9 instead of 12).

You can activate to show the available seats under Booking page > Settings > General > Show number of available seats.
You can also specify, if you only want the available capacity to be shown when there is only a certain number of seats left. Enter the desired capacity at Show available capacity if less than X seats. If you do not wish to use this option, leave it at -1.
