You have the option of creating multiple users who can access your account and give these users limited rights.
You can find this in the menu under Manage Account > User Management.
Enter the e-mail address of the user, which they will use to log in to eTermin, here. If you create a new user, you will receive a predefined password.
As soon as you have given the new user his rights, they can log in. To do this, click on the respective area to which the user should have access to.
After the first login, this user can then change their password as desired by clicking on their e-mail address > password. Once the user enters the new password and clicks "Change Password", the new password will apply.
You can edit the access rights to the calendar (read and/or write) and areas of the configuration and modules in eTermin at any time.
If the access right is activated, the created users have the option of accessing only their own calendar settings. For example, users can edit their working times in the calendar themselves or add new working times.
You also have the option of granting users access rights for specific calendars only. This function is useful, for example, if one of your employees is only allowed to see and/or edit their own appointments. To do this, click on the e-mail address of the user, which opens a pop-up window, and tick the desired calendar.
If the user has access rights to "Configuration", it can also be specified here whether the user can only edit certain service groups. If a service group is selected, the user cannot create, copy or delete any other service groups.
The setting can be achieved by clicking on the user's e-mail address as well.
You also have the option to allow a user to view only certain contacts from the "Contacts" menu. The function of the tags is used for this. You can find out more about the tags here.
If you give a user permission to certain tags, the user can only see those contacts to which this tag is also assigned.
