You can use Gmail as your own email server in eTermin. To do this, open this link and log in to Gmail:

A new page will open, click on Continue.
With this step you have now activated your account access for eTermin.
You must then enable 2-Step Verification in your Google account and create an app password for eTermin.
To turn on 2-step verification, you must be signed in to your Google account. Click your account picture in the right corner and click Manage your Google Account. Here you go to the Security item.
Under Sign in to Google, first turn on 2-Step Verification. Please follow the instructions and complete the confirmation.
If you now return to the Security navigation area, the app passwords are now available to you under the Signing in to Google option.
Click on App passwords to generate your own password for eTermin. Under Choose an app select the option Other (Custom name). Name the password eTermin and then click on generate. A pop-up window will now open where you can copy your password in the area marked in yellow.
Use this password to switch back to your eTermin account. In the menu under Company > E-Mail Server you can now activate the "Own e-mail server (SMTP)" and enter the following data:
Email server: smtp.googlemail.com
Port: 587
Username: Your Gmail email address
Password: Your app password you just created
Server requires SSL encryption: enable
Important! First click on "Test settings" and then on "Save changes"!
