You can get feedback on the appointment held from your customers or patients by e-mail.
Request customer feedback via email
To enable this option, go to Company > Settings > Communication and enable Request customer feedback via email in this step.
Feedback text in the email
The feedback text in the email can be configured under Company > Settings > Email / SMS templates.
Comment on a review
A comment on a review can be left under Reporting > Ratings.
Configuration of the feedback page
All feedback texts for the online booking page can be changed under Booking page > Settings > Default texts:
Manually request customer feedback
If you want to get feedback from your customers about an appointment afterwards, you can use the dashboard to send your customer the feedback e-mail. Click on the appointment in question and the associated pop-up window will open. There you open the Communication section and select "Appointment feedback" for Manual e-mail sending. Finally, click the "Send" button.
Alternatively, you can send your customer the feedback link if your customer does not have an appointment in eTermin:
Replace YOURBOOKINGPAGE with the URL you entered under Scheduling Page > Settings > General.
Integrate the reviews on your website
We offer you two options for displaying the reviews you receive from your customers via eTermin on your website.
1. You can embed a direct link on your website that opens a widget to your reviews.
Under Scheduling Page > Website Integration you will find the direct link to the widget under Ratings overview.
On your website, for example, this will look like this:
2. Under Scheduling Page > Website Integration > Ratings list you will find the direct link for embedding in your website, which displays all the ratings you have received directly on your website.
Note: Please note that only reviews from customers who have consented to publication will be displayed.
