1. Introduction
Under the first menu item you will find the "Dashboard" where you can see, for example, a summary of your appointments, as well as create, edit or cancel appointments - as well as view statistics on the booked calendars and booked services.
2.1 Categories
Day: View all appointments for the current day or a specific day
Week: View all appointments for the current week
Month: View all appointments of the current month
Custom Interval: Enter a desired time period from which you want to view the appointments
Appointment Search: Search for a specific appointment by name, email address, phone number, booking reference or appointment attributes. You can also decide whether you want to search for appointments in the past or for appointments in the future. You can also search for notes that have been entered in your appointments.
Absences: Specify your absences such as vacation days or similar here. Make sure you have selected the desired calendar and click "New absence". Enter the desired period in which you cannot accept appointments and optionally enter a reason for the absence. By clicking on "Save" the absence is created and your customers cannot book any appointments during this period.
Note: The stored absence is not displayed in the appointment calendar.
If you want to display an absence or block in the appointment calendar, you can also enter the block directly in the appointment calendar.

Settings: Set the appearance of the dashboard. Settings are cached per device/browser.
2.2 Summary
In the summary you can see an evaluation of your appointments for a specific day, the current week or the current month.
This evaluation includes the percentage of appointments that have already been completed, the top 10 most booked calendars and the most booked services.
In the "Settings" tab you can edit this view and specify the number of most booked calendars/services and the number of entries per page.
2.3 Subcategories
Appointments: Here all booked appointments of the desired period are displayed. You can create new appointments with the "New appointment" button and print out the appointments of the desired day with the "Print all entries" button.
Appointments to be confirmed: If you have set that you have to confirm appointments manually before they are booked, you will find all appointment requests for the selected period here.
Waitinglist: All appointment bookers who are on the waiting list can be found in this category.
If you have activated the waiting list under "Booking page > Settings > Show advanced settings", then your appointment bookers can be put on it if there are no other appointments available for this booking day.
Canceled appointments: All canceled appointments that have been canceled by you or the appointment booker can be found in this category.
Reservation List: All appointments from the reservation list are displayed here. Here, you can convert the reservation list appointments/inquiries you have received into actual appointments.
3. Create, edit or delete a new appointment
You have the option of creating, deleting or editing appointments in the dashboard.
On the "Day" tab in the "Appointments" subcategory, click on the "New Appointment" button to create a new appointment.
A new window will then open with the categories "Services", "Date, time, appointment details", "Contact information" and "Communication".
First click on the "Services" category and then select the desired service for the new appointment.
Then enter the start time of the appointment in the "Date, time, appointment details" category so that it can be automatically adjusted to the selected service duration.

As an alternative to entering the date and time manually, you can use the "Search for appointments" category to be able to select the next possible appointments. Click on the category and then on the "Search appointments" button. You will be shown a calendar view where you can select the appropriate date. After clicking on the desired date and time, both values are accepted for "Date, time, appointment details".
Then enter the customer details of the appointment booker in the "Contact information" category.
Futhermore, if you offer your booking page in multiple languages, you can specify the language in which you want to send the e-mail/SMS appointment confirmation in the "Communication" category.
The option "Send notification" is checked by default. If you remove the tick, no automatic e-mail/SMS appointment confirmation will be sent to your customer.
The "Check if overlapping" option automatically checks whether there is already a booked appointment at the selected time of the new appointment. In this case, the appointment will not be booked in order to avoid double booking.
To edit an appointment, please click on the three dots on the left to open the context menu.
In the context menu you will find the functions "Edit", "Delete", "Delete (with comment)", "Print invoice/document" and "Print calendar entry".
If multiple capacity is active, you will also see rows in the overview of your appointments that show booked capacity. These rows have a "group symbol" and are not real appointments, but show a total capacity of appointments with services that have multiple occupancy enabled.
Example:
In the first line (see screenshot below) you can see the total capacity of 6 participants of your already booked appointments with a group symbol. The total capacity results from the booked dates of the service named "Service B", which has activated multiple occupancy. The sum of the capacities is calculated using the date of the second line with a capacity of 1 and the date of the third line with a capacity of 5.
The appointment in the fourth line is excluded from the capacity because it was booked with the service called "Service A" that has no multiple occupancy activated.
