Appointment attributes can be used to set an appointment to i.e. "Paid", "Didn't Show", "Appointment Confirmed", etc.
With the appointment attribute, the appointment can be displayed in a specific color or provided with an icon.
Mark appointments with icons:
To set up the appointment attributes, please click on the "Settings" button in the Appointment calendar menu item.
A new window will then open in which you can switch to the "Appointment editor" tab. There, click on the "Edit attributes" button.
The first five appointment attributes are linked to specific functions in your eTermin account and should not be changed. You have the option of defining up to 13 additional appointment attributes.
Four appointment attributes are already specified, the fifth appointment attribute is intended for use of the QR code to set an appointment to "Available".
You can find more information about the fifth appointment attribute including QR code here.
If you double-click on a desired appointment in the internal appointment calendar, you can mark it with an appointment attribute that you have defined.
In the dashboard you can also provide the appointment attribute for the desired appointment with an icon. To do this, click on the appointment and mark the corresponding appointment attribute:
As soon as you have saved the appointment, you can see the corresponding icon of the corresponding appointment attribute in the calendar overview.
Mark an appointment in a specific color:
You can also define for certain appointment attributes that the appointment is colored in a different color as soon as the corresponding appointment attribute is activated.
As an example, we have given the appointment attribute "appointment confirmed" the color code "green".
With a double-click on the desired appointment, it is now possible to mark the appointment attribute "Appointment confirmed".
As soon as the appointment attribute is activated and saved in the appointment, the appointment is colored according to the stored color:
Use appointment attributes in invoices/documents and email templates
Under Company > Document creation you can upload your desired document in RTF format and use the placeholder APPOINTMENTATTRIBUTES in it. You can, for example, also insert the document in your e-mail templates "E-Mail Miscellaneous (1-4)" with the placeholder DOCUMENTLINK and send it to existing appointments in the dashboard at the top of the main menu.
More information on creating and using the placeholder APPOINTMENTATTRIBUTES in the document and the email templates can also be found in our knowledge base entry on "Email notification after an appointment, e.g. corona test result".
More information on creating a document including placeholders can be found here.
