You have the option of sending attachments such as PDF files or image files in the automated e-mails to your appointment bookers.
Under "Company > File Management" you can upload your desired file attachments.
You can then use the drop-down menu to select whether you want to send the file directly as an attachment in your appointment confirmation email.
In addition to each uploaded file, a unique URL is generated, which you can then embed using HTML code for each service.
If you want to send different files for each service, use the following HTML code in the email template, for example:
Please click <a href="URL OF FILE">here</a> to download the file.
You can enter this text directly for the relevant service. To do so, go to Company > Services and click on the relevant service. In the pop-up window that appears, switch to the “Advanced Settings” tab, where you can enter the text under the “Email Text” option.
To ensure that this text appears in the email confirmation, you need to add the appropriate placeholder to the email template. You can do this under Company > Settings > Email/SMS Templates.
To include the text from the “Email Text” option, insert the placeholder
%SERVICETEXT%
at the desired location in the email template.
You can repeat this step for multiple services. If you select multiple services with email text, all text lines will appear one below the other in the confirmation.
If you want to change the entire content of a confirmation email in addition to the link, you can use the “Different appointment confirmation text per service” option under Company > Settings > Email & SMS Templates.
After "Save changes" this text is now active and set up accordingly.
If you have any questions or need help with the configuration, please do not hesitate to contact us.
