Activate this option at Company > Services > [your service] 'Edit' > Advanced settings > Multiple booking if this service can be booked more than once for an appointment.
As an example, this can be used, if you have a "New vehicle registration" service from an authority and you want to query how many new vehicle registrations the appointment booker (in this example an insurance agent who goes to the vehicle registration office on behalf of several of his clients) has issued want to leave. The maximum number can be stored in the configuration. If the option is activated, a selection box appears next to the service description, where you can then select the appropriate number. The appointment duration of the booked service is then multiplied by the number.
In our example, the selected service must be selected at least once and can be booked a maximum of 5 times in a row.
The customer (here the insurance agent) selects that he provides registration appointments of a new car for a maximum of 5 clients. Since the registration of a vehicle takes 10 minutes to process, this is automatically multiplied by 5, which increases the total appointment time from 10 to 50 minutes.
If you use a post processing time for the service concerned, this will not be multiplied by the corresponding number.
If you want a longer wrap-up time to apply to a higher number, enter the desired number of minutes in the "Wrap-up time" field for multiple bookings.
In our example, a follow-up time of 20 minutes should be stored when more than 1 client is selected.
