You have the option of sending a predefined text message to your customers and patients directly from the appointment calendar. For example, after completion of a repair in the bicycle shop or after the arrival of an ordered product.
You can find the setting in the Calendar menu item by clicking on the Settings button in the Appointment editor tab. Check the "Show Send SMS Button" box and add the text.
If you double-click on an existing appointment, you can then send the predefined text message in the appointment editor by clicking on the "Send SMS" button.
Regardless of this, appointment confirmations and reminders can be set up via SMS, which are sent automatically at a certain point in time. Information can be found here.
