Depending on the application, the appointment calendar is filtered according to different criteria when searching for appointments. By default, appointments are always filtered by first name, last name, email, and phone number.
You can define the fields you want to search for when making an entry in the search mask. To do this, click the Settings button at the top of the calendar and go to Search Fields. Select the fields that suit you.
In addition to the standard search fields, you can also activate the booking reference, customer number or the additional fields 1-6 for your search.
