How can I block a Contact from booking an Appointment?

All appointment bookers who have successfully booked an appointment with you are automatically created in the menu under "Contacts".

If a contact has not yet been created, you can create it manually using the New contact button.

If necessary, you have the option of putting a contact on the blacklist and blocking them from booking appointments.

To do this, click on the three dots of a desired contact on the left and then on Blacklist.

You can find all blacklisted contacts by clicking the Blacklist button in the Contacts menu.

In this area you also have the option of deleting a contact from the blacklist. To do this, click again on the three dots of the desired contact and then on "Remove from blacklist".

The appointment booker who is on the blacklist will be blocked from booking an appointment and will see the following view if he wants to book an appointment:
