"Negative" Appointment Booking

Activate this option in the desired service under Company > Services > [desired service Edit] > Advanced settings > Appointment booking type if you want to offer the possibility that people can sign out of a specific event and this is also logged. Companies above a certain size must, for example, offer health courses for employees and there is an obligation to prove that this course has been offered to all employees.

On the online booking page, the appointment booker is then redirected to the contact details page when selecting this service, which employees can use to explicitly sign out from the event or service. By clicking on the No Appointment Booking button, the employee confirms their entries and an email confirmation is sent to the service provider.
