You can define that other services are available to your new customers when they book for the first time or that they have to provide more data than your regular customers. To determine who is a new customer, please do the following:
Create a new service group under Company > Services:
Then add two services in the Services tab: e.g. regular customer & new customer:
If not explicitly requested, do not specify a duration or a price for the services.
If you want your own service group to appear when you select "New customer", you can work with the dynamic showing and hiding of service groups. You can find out how to set this up here.
If you want more information to be requested from new customers when entering their contact details, go to Scheduling Page > Contact fields. If you now select, for example, the field Birthday, a pop-up window will open. Here you switch to the Service-specific settings tab and activate the Show field if the following services have been selected option.
Now select New Customer as the service.
From now on, the Birthday field will only be displayed if the appointment booker has previously selected they are a new customer. If the appointment booker has selected to be a Regular Customer, the field is not displayed. Of course you can use this function for all available fields.
