If you want a subcategory to open when a service is selected, then do the following:
In our example, under Company > Services, we configure the service group "Please choose the desired employee:" and in the "Dynamically show/hide" tab select the "Only show if the following service was selected" field. We now select 'Service A' for our example:
Without the subcategory, it now looks like this on the online booking page:
If you now click on "Service A" on the online booking page, the subcategory "Please choose the desired employee:" opens automatically.
The same function can also be used for specific services.
This makes it possible that, in addition to the other service group, only certain services of that service group are available.
Let's assume that when choosing Service A, only Employee A and Employee C should be available for selection. Employee B, on the other hand, should only be selectable if Service B was selected:
After the service group "Please choose the desired employee:" appears dynamically, as soon as Service A or B has been selected, we continue with setting up the services for your employees.
Click on the desired service and the service dialog will appear. Here you switch to the Advanced Settings tab.
In the lower area of the options you will find the function "Show service only if certain services have been selected". If you click on the option, you can check the "Service A" box. Uncheck "Always show". Finally, save the change.
If this process is repeated for the services for Employees B and C, only Employees A and C will be available on the booking page after selecting Service A:
If Service B is selected, only Employee B appears for selection:
