So that a customer mus accept your terms and conditions during the booking, you can activate the associated option under Scheduling Page > Settings > General > Terms acceptance required before booking.
You can define the text for your general terms and conditions as you like under Scheduling Page > Settings > Default texts > Terms and Conditions Text.
