How can I invite my existing Customers individually to book an Appointment?

You can easily invite customers who were created in your account under Contacts to your online booking page with a personal invitation link.

To do this, please go to the Contacts menu.

Under Export contacts, select "Individual booking links (CSV format).

You will then receive an Excel file with the names of the customers and the individual links. The link then looks like this:

The advantage for your customers is that their own contact details are then filled in automatically in step 3 of the booking.
