You can use the Dashboard menu to create new appointments and recurring appointments, as well as edit existing appointments.
If you click on the New Appointment button, a dynamic input mask opens, which is divided into four tabs:
With Services you can select the desired service:
Under Date, Time, Appointment Details you can enter the date and time of the appointment:
Alternatively, you can click on the Search for appointments tab after you have selected the desired service. If you now click on the "Search appointments" button, the next possible appointments will be displayed in a calendar view. If you select a date and a time, this will be applied to Date, Time, Appointment Details.
If you want to enter two participants with this appointment, for example, you can increase the capacity to two. This option is only available to you if the multiple occupancy function is active in the selected service or in the selected calendar. More information on multiple occupancy can be found here.
If you wish, you can also enter a repetition here. In this example, we want to set a weekly recurring appointment that repeats 3 times:
You can enter the customer's master data in the Contact information tab:
In the Communication tab, you can select the language in which your customers receive appointment notifications.
Below the Communication tab, you see two more options:
If you activate the Send notification button, an appointment confirmation will be sent to the appointment booker when the appointment is created.
The Check if overlapping function checks whether this appointment is still available according to the calendar settings.
When you have entered all relevant information, you can click on save.
In case of recurring appointments, the following symbol appears next to the appointment:
Note: If you create an appointment with capacity, two entries are displayed in the dashboard. The entry without master data adds up the capacity of all appointments booked at this time. This should not be changed.
You can also hide the entries with the capacities.
Switch to the Settings tab in the dashboard and set the Appointments with capacity option to "Do not show total capacity". You may have to refresh the page after the change so that the entries are hidden.
