Payment can be activated separately for each payment method. You can find the setting for this in the menu under Scheduling page > Online Payment.
Online payment is active for all services that have deposited an amount greater than 0.
You can make online payment mandatory or optional. If you select the All services setting for the payment option, the appointment booker will be forwarded to the payment provider immediately after booking. Alternatively, you can also choose whether the online payment should only be made for one or more specific services:
Alternatively, you also have the option of showing and hiding the payment methods for the desired service directly in a service under Company > Services.
To do this, click on the desired service and then on the Service-specific settings tab.
Here you can set which payment method is displayed for this service when booking an appointment.
The "Global Setting" is active by default, which affects the settings from Scheduling Page > Online Payment.
In addition, you can also set for each service whether a different price or a certain percentage should be paid for a specific service when booking an appointment online.
Example: Your service costs € 100.00 and you want the customer to pay 50% of the total amount when booking an appointment online, so that the remaining amount is paid on site.
Choose the number or percentage of the absolute ammount with the option "Amount to be paid".
Then choose whether you want an absolute number or percentage to be paid with the "Percent or Absolute Amount" option.
If you would like to offer online payment as an option, you can activate the option Pay on site or Pay by invoice. You will then be asked on the online booking page whether the appointment booker would like to make the payment online or on site. If you do not activate the option Pay on site or Pay by invoice and have activated online payment, then the payment must be made online, otherwise the appointment will not be booked as binding.
If you would like to enter a price premium or discount on certain days of the week, you will find instructions on this topic here.
If you book an appointment manually in eTermin and you want the appointment booker to pay for the appointment directly, you will find detailed instructions on this topic here.
