Do you want to offer your customers the choice of a specific employee when booking an appointment?
You can activate this function under Scheduling Page > Settings > General >
Selection of staff / resources during appointment booking.
Note: If the customer wants to move the booked appointment with the desired employee, all available calendars are offered by default when selecting the appointment again.
So that the customer can automatically book an appointment with the desired employee again, insert the CHANGELINKCALENDAR placeholder in the e-mail template of the appointment confirmation.

Optional Features
You can activate the following optional functions as soon as you have activated the option Selection of staff / resources during appointment booking.
Show entry "All calendars/any"
If this option is active, the entry "Any" is displayed in front of the employees.
If a customer has marked this selection, an overview of all available appointments of the day is displayed. This gives a customer the opportunity to book an earlier appointment with another employee if the desired employee is not available sooner.
Custom calendar sort order
By default, eTermin arranges all your calendars in alphabetical order in the booking view. However, if you want your own sorting, activate the "Custom calendar sort order" option.
In the second step you can now carry out your own sorting. To do this, click Company > Calendars > Advanced Settings and add the desired display position for the current calendar in the text field next to Calendar order.
In our example, we ranked Calendar B in position 1, which means that his calendar appears first on the booking page.
Show locations by distance sorted
If you use different locations as calendars or offer appointments at the customer's site, the calendars can be displayed with increasing distance using this option. To do this, it is necessary for a customer to enter their own address in step 1 of the booking. To do this, create a new category of the Other location type under Company > Services.
In addition, a separate address must be stored in each calendar under Company > Calendar > General at Specify differing company data.
Show search field
With the help of this function, a search field appears above the employee selection. This allows the customer to search for a specific calendar.
