With eTermin you also have the option of offering "Click & Meet" appointments. The functions relevant to this topic are described here.
Create Services
Company > Services: Click on the "New category" button and create a new service group:
In the new category, switch to the Services tab and then click on the "New service" button. The following dialog appears:
Enter the appointment duration (60 minutes in this example). Then activate the option "Multiple occupancy (several participants). Now enter the number of people who are allowed to be in your shop at the same time. You can also specify how many accompanying persons a person can bring with them.
Show already started Appointments
Under Scheduling Page > Advanced settings you can specify whether already started appointments should be displayed.
Example: For Click & Meet purchases with an appointment, a customer stands in front of the store at 11:02 and wants to spontaneously book an appointment. If the option is active, an appointment at 11:00 a.m. will still be displayed, otherwise the next appointment will only be shown again at 12:00 p.m. (based on the set appointment cycle of e.g. 60 minutes).
Contact Fields
Under Scheduling Page > Contact fields create additional fields so that the contact data of the accompanying persons can also be recorded:
By default, these fields must be marked as "Optional". You can display these fields dynamically and mark them as mandatory if you specify the following in the fields:
CAPACITY;2
This causes this field to only appear if the appointment booker books an appointment for 2 people (for themselves and a companion). Repeat this step for the other fields, increasing the count after the CAPACITY placeholder. e.g. CAPACITY;3, CAPACITY;4 etc.
Furthermore, a QR code can be used to confirm appointments, e.g. as an admission control and for contact tracing. Additional information can be found here.
