You can create any mandatory or optional fields that your customers specify during an online booking. This can be configured to the point that, for example, different questions are asked depending on which service your customer selects. The requested information can be defined, for example, as a free text field, selection box, checkbox, etc.
You can find the setting in the eTermin backend under Scheduling Page > Contact fields. In addition to the normal contact data fields, there are 20 additional fields, which can be given any name.
Click on the desired field and a pop-up window will appear. Here you can enter additional information for each field. This includes the settings as to whether a field must be filled out as mandatory or optional; whether the field only appears when a specific service is selected or also if the field is going to be used for an external reference.
The "External reference" field in the "Advanced settings" tab can be used to transfer the data to other applications such as Klick-Tipp for targeted email marketing. Click here for additional information.
